Meditation and Mindfulness Now Started Saturday Mornings 10:00 AM

Have you ever thought about Meditation and Mindfulness to bring about greater peace and tranquility into your life. It doesn't require special skills or study anything before you begin. If you can breathe you can meditate simple as that. The skills we learn are transferable to the rest of our lives. It provides us with our own personal first aid kit that we can use at any time and it's as simple as sitting or lying down for twenty minutes. It allows us to see who we are is much more than a fearful, envious or angry thought. We don't want to stop our thoughts but to change our relationship with them, feeling stronger and no longer at the mercy of our feelings.It teaches us gentleness within ourselves and the ability to forgive our mistakes and move on. As your mind withdraws from overthinking, fruitless worry and self recrimination you feel a sense of refuge. We come to spot old habitual reactions that we may have held over many years unknowingly and make better choices as they happen.
